Automatic Driving Lessons from Coventry Driving School
Coventry Driving School can provide driving lessons in an automatic dual controlled car.
Learning to drive an automatic car could be the solution for someone having difficulty with the clutch or gears.
If a driving test is passed in an automatic car, then you are only allowed to drive an automatic car, a further driving test would have to be taken to convert the automatic driving licence into a manual driving licence.
Coventry Driving School can offer the choice of Driving Lessons, Semi Intensive Driving Courses, or Intensive Driving Courses for anyone wishing to learn to drive an automatic car.
For full driving licence holders Coventry Driving School is also able to offer Pass Plus Driving Courses, Motorway Driving Lessons, Refresher Driving Lessons, UK Familiarisation Driving Courses, and Taxi Driving Test Preparation Courses in an automatic car.

Driving Test Fees
Theory and Practical Driving Test Fees are set by, and are payable to The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).
We can book your Theory and Practical Driving Test for you, if you require, this is offered as a free service for customers of Coventry Driving School.
(If we book a practical driving test for you and you then decide to use another driving school but want to retain the driving test appointment we will charge an administration fee.)

All Semi Intensive Driving Courses can be paid for lesson by lesson at £36.00 per hour in an automatic car.
All semi intensive driving courses include a 3 hour allowance for the use of the car on the day of the driving test.
e.g. A 20 hour course is 17 hours driving tuition, and 3 hours use of car for driving test.

All Intensive Driving Courses are structured as a 6 hour day (usually 9.00am to 3.00pm)
Your Driving Test is arranged for the afternoon of the final day of the intensive driving course.
There will sometimes be reasons to have an Intensive Driving Course, without a driving test on the final day, for example you might want to use an intensive driving course to give you a headstart in learning to drive with further tuition and a driving test planned later.
